I noticed when I bought my Roccat Isku, that the drivers look a lot like my old Exibel GMX 4 mouse drivers. The macro is very slow even without delays which I noticed immediately. I started thinking if some manufacturers use a "driver template". I took a screenshot of both drivers and the box is the same size and look very similar. The macro recording function was almost exactly same. I know for example Logitech got their own custom program. I think it's pretty stupid for roccat to make me pay 70€ for a keyboard, then deliver some shitty drivers that I get with a 30€ cheapo "gaming" mouse. Also Roccat seems to use same template on Roccat Kone XTD. Never gonna buy another roccat product, I'll just go for logitech.

I have a Roccat Kiro and its driver is similar to your keyboard driver, but looks just a bit different (probably because I'm on v1.91 and you're on 1.22).

But yeah, I think it's well known Roccat is just a bit cheaper than other A-brands like Logitech and Corsair, thus I think it's acceptable they have 'template-like' software. If it works, it works.
