Front case USB 3 not working?

Hi all

 

i have an H440. One of my main reasons for buying this case was the 4 front USB slots. The USB 2 is working fine. Initially it worked if I held in the USB manually into the mobo. Any suggestions on how to fix it? 

 

Edit. Motherboard is Z170A Tomahawk AC

There is an update for the Asmedia USB 3.0/3.1 on your MotherBoards support download page.

 

Have you tried installing the driver update, rebooted and retried the ports?
