Swan T200C Setup Help

So recently I've come into possession of a pair of Swan's T200C active monitor speakers. This is my first time setting up a pair of monitor speakers to a PC, and I'm having trouble getting sound to play from my computer through the speakers. 

My current set up is the Swan T200C -> Schiit Modi Uber 2/Schiit Magni Uber 2 DAC/Amp -> USB Hub -> Computer. 

I've tried replacing the cables, splitters, connecting to every audio port, and multiple devices. I know the speakers themselves work because I can get them to play through bluetooth just fine from my phone. I'm hoping someone more knowledgeable about audio can help identify the issue, as I can't seem to pinpoint it.

1) make sure you've connected them properly and have the correct input (on the speakers) and output (on the computer) selected.

 

2) try removing the USB hub, this might be causing something strange.

 

3) you don't need to be going through the headphone amp, take the output from the modi 2 straight to the speakers.

 

4) make sure the cables are suitable for what you're trying to do, and that they work.
