You'll probably have to enable it through disk management in windows. Go to start, type diskmgmt.msc, and a window showing a list of disks (and under that, a "picture" of how each disk is split up, or "partitioned") will pop up. click on the partition (should be a box showing about 2 tb or 2000 gb) that has a large black section titled "unallocated space". right click it, and select "new simple volume". from there, click through the wizard, assigning a drive letter and setting a size (for most cases its fine to say the max it can go), and you're off.
