RAM issues

Hi Guys,

i seem to be having an issue with my RAM. The other day i got kicked out of CS:GO but didnt bother reading the error message now it happens every time i play a game, it says something about not enough storage in the memory. 

so i monitored my RAM usage and at desktop with every application i can shut down its using 3.5 - 4.5gb and only have like 2-3gb available (free). Ive checked to see if there are any applications using more than they should but they all seem normal?

 

I have 8gb of Avexir @2300mhz DDR4

I dont get kicked out of games but it happens to me too... i couldnt find any solution so i waited until i upgrade to ssd and re install windows but that didnt help... Anyone has solution ?

GPU: GTX 1060 6GB

RAM: 16GB HyperX RAM

CPU: R5 3600 

Motherboard: ASRock B450 Fatal1ty gaming K4

OS: Win 11 Pro 64-bit
