Help toggling dedicated graphics.

You can choose which gpu to use by right-clicking on the game's icon, or change it in amds control panel

I am playing games and I am getting really low fps 25-50 I am playing games like CSGO,Survarium,HoTs even TF2 runs like trash. So I decided to look at my gpus and I am like wuts this a03e4c72d9daae7dd0a1ac42cc88a0fc.png<<< I am under conclusion that my laptop is using my dedicated AMD 8650G which is my processor dedicated card and I have no idea how to toggle the R9  M290X any help?
