Stream pc

Hey guys I'm new to pc n want to build a pc to just stream xbox one threw it multi task a must with 1 to 2 monitors for edits and monitor for xbox one and elgoto game capture I don't have Alot of cash so trying to keep as cheap as posible but I do want quality of course everything I watch is more for pc gaming and streaming n it gets confusing wen picking out parts because I don't game pc at all... please help thanks

This is a confusing post, so to recap. Correct me if I'm wrong;

 

• Three monitors. (Two for editing, and one for the XBOX).
• An capture card.
• And a capable PC that can run it all.

Yes n amozon prime I have n under 1000 usd editing for youtube n will be streaming to twitch so I need it to be able to handle a couple of programs I know all the basics of Wat u need but don't want to over kill because I do play pc games I'm strickly streaming my Xbox threw it I have an pc elgoto game capture n will be using obs for streaming twitch

Two monitors just for editing seems a bit overkill, plus your budget isn't the biggest ever. I'm going for two good screens,
