Question for Xbox One

Hello, well I was thinking of buying a xbox one, but then I realized I would have to buy all my games for xbox. Then I got a question. Can I just sign in with my PC xbox account ( http://prntscr.com/e7mdrs ) and just play the games I have already installed on my pc?

CPU - i7-4790k

GPU - MSI 980 Ti 

Mobo - MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Memory - 32 GB DDR3

Storage - 3.4 TB

No you can't. Only select windows store games work. (Ex: Gears of war.)
