Google account verification?

Hey guys,

 

 So i recently bought a used moto droid turbo 2 from this guy and i started up the phone and its asking me to verify my account with google. I tried contacting the guy who sold it to me but he wont answer. any way to bypass it?

Im not stupid i understand that haha, i just want to know if theres a way around it.
