Need help joining Genisys Minecraft PE Server

For some reason I am unable to join my own Genisys Minecraft PE server. The whitelist is turned off and I haven't added anyone to the ban list yet. I know that port forwarding is working because when I open up Minecraft: Windows 10 edition I can join from my phone with my cellular connection.
