Didn't work, heres what i did in case i messed up: reboot into safe mode, run ddu to remove all the drives, restart, download AMD drivers again, restart. No change

Contact your GPU manufacturer.

When there is no driver for your video card and windows can't find it either, It will just use the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, until you find the correct drivers for it. This generic driver is for all video cards that don't have a driver yet. Without this, then you'll just see a blank black screen making it impossible to even install the drivers for your video card. Do not uninstall the Microsoft Basic display adapter.

Try windows update and see if that will install your video card driver.
