I would get this instead or the Z270 Taichi.. I have heard that the Gaming M7 has cooling issues and the M5 is fairly similar...

Really won't matter, most of the boards are the same

 

But I'd go with the fatal1ty K6 from ASrock, sold out in most places though, has a lot of gimmicks that may help with gaming

When are you building your system and what's your budget/build/country? because Ryzen should be less than a month away and should be far better for the money compared to an intel system

The Extreme4 is very similar to the Fatal1ty K6, is cheaper and is not sold out!

But does it have the probably useless gaming gimmicks? I think not sir. It also lacks gold plated audio output jacks for the purest of sound, even though all the other audio equipment onboard is the same, mostly comes down to color choice I think
