Was expected because of those clocks and cuda cores

Not really, as Linus has mentioned his 780 was only an OK overclocker, Tiny Tom Logan has made similar statements, while Nvidia does seem to do a better job than AMD of ensuring that reviewers don't get bad samples, they don't appear to be doing any crazy binning of chips, at least not recently. Given that GK110 cards have generally been good overclockers (given cool running temps and relatively low clock speeds) it is not surprising that reviewers have been getting really good overclocking results out of the 780/ 780 ti cards. As many reviewers have mentioned, even putting the cards underwater will not yield dramatically better overclocks given the low load temps, it will simply make the cards run quiet and cool(er).

Does the 780Ti have 6gb of vram?

No it has 3, but we are expecting a 6 or maybe even a 12gb version.

Not the stock reference version but there are rumors of 3rd party versions with 6GB coming. Adding V-ram is not an uncommon thing for 3rd parties to do.

That's lame, an I doubt it will happen because the 780 never got 6GB

I wouldn't be surprised is EVGA added V-ram for a Classified version of the card (maybe a new Hydro Copper?). Now, I also wouldn't bet on it, just saying additional V-ram wouldn't really surprise me.
