ASrock's "OC Tweaker"

Hello everyone! I recently upgraded my dusty ol' CPU cooler and got an AIO (mainly for looks). I decided to give overclocking a shot as I've never done it before on this PC and for my peace of mind I went to the BIOS and selected ASrock's 4.2 Ghz turbo option . Now the question is , is it optimal and safe? Will I get any better results if I overclock it manually? My specs are in the signature. Thanks in advance!

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X +  GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080 12GB + Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VIII Hero

  Case: Asus ROG Strix Helios Gundam Edition Power Supply: Asus ROG Thor 850P
