This is correct - when a topic is moved from a section that you do follow to one that you don't, the notifications aren't removed.

I got a random notification that a new post was posted in Audio, but I'm not following Audio, I was not mentioned in the topic, and I don't think I've ever been quoted in Audio. What is causing this issue?

I don't think this is necessarily a bug but this happens when a thread gets moved from a section you're subscribed to, to another section that you're not subscribed to.

This is correct - when a topic is moved from a section that you do follow to one that you don't, the notifications aren't removed.
