garage band for windows??

So, I like garage band on the iMacs at school.

but i don't have $1000 to spend on a MacBook that the specs tell me its super underpowered for the price, like $1000 for a dual core 1.1Ghz CPU, no thanks

is there any way possible to get some Mac apps on my windows PC

or boot mac OS on my PC?

There is hackintosh, but that depends on your hardware.

most of them are buggy just make sure you know what you are getting into.

Maybe try virtualbox? http://www.macbreaker.com/2015/01/virtualbox-yosemite-zone.html

And you might run into sound issues if you don't have a gigabyte board when hackintoshing, i don't know about the vm thing though.

tonymacosx86.com only recommends gigabyte boards and i tried hackintoshing my rig (see specs down below, has msi mobo) and the sound had many problems.

Hackintosh. AMD is not an option at all if you consider hackintosh.

I think you will need to upgrade. Cause hackintosh is too messy itself.

We can't legally distribute it, but you can use the Hackintosh.Zone ISO and burn it (look up a tutorial) and then download vanilla Mac OSX inside the OS

idk

Well, what I done is like this.

I got hackintosh from yosemite zone, Mac OS Yosemite.

Then after I installed yosemite, I downloaded El Capitan thru the store and burned on USB. You have guides on internet how to do that.

Last, but not least, I installed verified El Capitan from store and everything was fine.

Problems I had, were with HDD. I have one HDD, so there were some problems with hdd.

Dont know if I can post link here, but google it, easy to find.

There are lot's of good free daws for windows.LMMS ardour tracktion 5 and mostly reaper which has a unlimited full featured demo that just has a popup evreytime you use it.

I use Live 9 but if you are a beginner I would recommend investing  in Cubase Fl or ableton because they are the most commonly used other then pro tools(which you need 1k to get it working)
