They make decent stuff. Of course you get what you pay for, maybe some less cooling performance than beefier coolers: overall nice stuff though.

i've seen a few video card teardown videos (there is a guy on youtube that uploads them) and powercolor (atleast the one board I saw in those videos) used cheaper components that the guy didn't think worth worth a damn, especially compared to the quality of components used in other boards, so I don't know how well I would personally trust them, but I have NO personal experience with the brand hands on.
