any way to cool laptop cpu?

Ive been using my semi old laptop for few weeks now and its been fine for most parts. Only real issue that i have with it, is that the cpu starts to throttle when i play world of tanks.

It starts to happen after few battles, but i rather play the game with out it massive fps drops.

ive allready reapplied thermal paste for the cpu and gpu ( they are using same heatsink ), and it helped little bit.

Clean the dust out of it (I assume you have done that if you replaced thermal paste.)

Get a Laptop cooler http://www.ebay.com.au/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2374313.m570.l1313.TR12.TRC2.A0.H0.Xlaptop+cooling+pad.TRS0&_nkw=laptop+cooling+pad&_sacat=96915

Keep the Laptop on a Table or flat surface not a carpet, mattress or lap.

Try use the laptop in cooler areas rather than hot areas.

Adjust the Fan Profiles.
