system not posting

i just built my pc and it is not posting even though all fans are running.

im running a gtx 1060, intel i5 6500 as rock z170 pro4, xfx ts 550 power supply.  

ive tried clearing cmos removing video card, Ram, CPU pins are fine.

what else should i do and what would be the problem if there isnt any thing else to do.

Maybe you plugged the monitor into the motherboard instead of the video card.

And where did you get ? Is there no picture ? Nothing after asrock logo ? pure black screen ? can't load to windows ?

i got the parts from pccg (australia). no picture just a black screen and i have not loaded windows on it yet.
