Now is the bass in those better than the Sony mdr-xb90ex in-ear extra bass earbuds?

Depends on what you mean by good bass. I have the X3 and you can configure the EQ through the Jaybird app. The bass is pretty good but I wouldn't say it's the best ever.

IDK. My X2 has great bass, noise isolation, battery life, fit, comfort, and connection. Best all-round Bluetooth earbuds right now. Using the MySound app you can increase bass levels and adjust the EQ, and it will save the new EQ as firmware on the buds so you get that EQ with any device it is connected to.

I have the Skullcandy Crusher Headphones and the bass is amazing. Looking for something thats close to the bass quality but are earbuds and bluetooth.

Well just about anything is better than Skullcandy. The X3 would be miles better. I also have the Brainwavz Blu-200 and they're really really good for the money.

However, there are other options available. Take a look through here and read some reviews to get an idea, just don't take anything people say on HeadFi as gospel.

The in-ears have a slight v-curve so the bass and treble are a bit more pronounced. The bass isn't over the top but it's present enough to get some punch.
