Logitehc G pro Mouse

I am using a new logitech g pro on a new logitech G640 mouse pad. All on a flat surface. Using Windows 10 without "Enchance pointer presision".

One problem is that the mouse pointer seems "laggy" when moving mouse in a fluent motion. (also in general, slow motion, fast, normal gaming)
 

Another problem is that all motion is not registerd equal.
Starting with the mouse pointer in the middle of the screen, and mouse in a known position.
Then moving the mouse in sircles (not hitting edges)  for a while and returning mouse to the known position. but pointer is not returened.

Does anyone know of a reason for this? And is the second "problem" how it's suposed to work?

"Enchance pointer presision" is also turned off in the Logitech software. And the problems are there with all kinds of dpi, signale rates, presure, speed. pretty much anything. and also on a flat surface without a pad.
