The reason I keep asking for help is because my budget keeps changing and people keep saying like "thats good" "no thats good" "don't get that get that!"

Budget: 700-850 AUD

Do I have the money ATM?: No. I have $165 saved up.

What I have already: I have a mouse and a 1440 x 900 monitor which supports DVI - D and VGA

I want 1080p in this rig. I was thinking 1050Ti but I'm not sure.

You have an extra $150 from your max budget to tweak anything, The pentium is basically a locked i3 with 2cores/4threads. I'd also try to keep the GPU because the RX 470 will be plenty for 1080p unless you want to ugpgrade. I'd recommend upgrading the storage or a better PSU in my opinion.

Considering there's a lot of extra budget here definitely throw in an SSD or a nicer case if you want it to look pleasing. A RX 480 wouldn't be bad here either since it's not much more expensive and definitely helps with performance, but I agree that for now a 470 is likely fine.

If you don't have a clear idea when, you should come back when you have the money. Deals and sales or tech changes in months easily. 

 

Any builds currently suggested could have much different prices in a few months

don't buy one part wait,  buy a part , wait, buy a part... buy everything at the same time (just a small tip i see alot of budget builders doing that and its just a confusing mess at the end). its cool to look at whats out there now but honestly if it takes you a while to save up buy used .. i got a amd 1090t  8gb of ram 320gb HDD, amd 6870 and a basic mobo. sold the amd 6870 for 50$ threw in a amd 970 for an extra 150$ ( yes i know it bottle necks and i got it with the intention of selling this rig and giving the card away). so i got a gpu that is the same price as a 1050ti. but with more more power. when you are broke buy used everything used the only thing i buy new is underwear and socks socks. i so far have spent 140$ on my past 3 computers i flip them and make my personal system better. that 140$ includes my mouse and keyboard. everything else i got for free
