Windows 10 Reboot Loop

I bought a CyberpowerPC Gamer Ultra GUA3100A Gaming Desktop back in June 2016 for my birthday a have been having some problems with it recently. Mainly after putting in a new graphics card and hard drive to fix an earlier problem, it's now stuck in a reboot loop. After turning it on and about 10-20 minutes later it locks up and reboots. The AMD drivers are up to date, windows 10  is up to date, and I don't know what to do next. My PC Specs are as follows (Copied From Amazon.):

AMD FX-4300 3.80GHZ Quad-Core | AMD 760G Chipset | 8GB DDR3 | 1TB HDD | Genuine Windows 10 Home 64-bit

I replaced The Graphics card with Gigabyte Radeon Rx 460 Windforce OC 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card and the 1TB hard drive with a laptop hard drive.

Any Help is appreciated.

Yes. I forgot to mention sometimes it will say VIDEO TDR FAILURE or THREAD STUCK IN DEVICE with the win10 blue stop code screen before it reboots.

you booted in safe mode yet?

hold Shift + F8 while booting the system

if you have then something has been corrected, try using a bootable installer to repair your computer

I booted into safe mode, I tried reinstalling the AMD drivers, No change. What do I do now?
