Cleaning Razer Marauder

Hello people, as the title says i want to clean my keyboard ( non mechanical ) and my questions are : Is it ok to clean the rubber based keycaps with usual solvent ( warm water + soap ) without damaging them ? And alongside with this i have stickers of different language on the keycaps which started to peel off and the glue remained on the keys. Any help is appreciated.
