I tryed many things but none of them helped ( hdd defrag, disabling all startup programs, disabling useless services ) also I reinstalled windows several times and still same problem...I add video to show how much time it takes to boot.So I don't know what can couse this problem because I tryed many things.I guess it could be either my 5400rpm HDD or just Windows 10.Maybe anyone can suggest anything to try?

I think it takes too much time to boot up..I know that is not an SSD and only a 5400RPM HDD but it shouldn't take so much time to boot, also laptop is almost unusable for few minutes after login screen , I had even worse laptops and they still worked much more faster at startup, anyway laptop works good after some time but whenewer I restart it or just turn off and on I takes much time before I can start working normally with it.

When was the last time you cleaned up the laptop? Like wiped the hard drive and reinstalled Windows.

Most laptops I've seen running Windows 10 take that long or longer to boot.

Week ago.

Then there isn't much more you can do. Laptops with HDD just take a while to boot. My old laptop takes at least a minute and a half to fully boot up. The only real solution would be for you to get an SSD.
