Hi everyone! 

 

I am a assistant manager at my local coffee shop. My boss has asked us (everyone) to come up with a few ideas to make some more money! (UK) 

 

i have thought of an afternoon tea, it's one of the most common things I hear about in the uk. You charge £20 per person for sandwiches, scones, fruit, tea and coffee etc etc.

 

i was wondering if any of you had some ideas?
