Yes the build is compatible, but since you are using a non overclock able cpu, you probably would be able to save some money if you didn't chose a motherboard with a Z270 chipset(which supports overclocking).

 

Edit: If you can wait to build your PC, it might be worth it to wait until Zen launches, as it is expected to launch in Quarter 1 2017, and it looks to finally compete with Intel and (hopefully) bring down CPU prices a bit.

well I have no idea how much 50 quid is, I'm not actually french XD, but AMD might offer some compelling options in the near future that not only will drive intel cpu prices down, but maybe you'll even consider buying them. I can't say how much they go down tho. so... it's kinda ur call. regardless, this pc will destroy anything you throw at it, and don't be afraid of overclocking. :)
