Advice on cheap gpu

I need some help, I'm getting rid of my gpu GTX 980 because I do not game at all anymore (now i'm left with a expensive custom loop pc) anyway I'm looking for a cheap gpu which does not make noise. I want it to withhold simple stuff maybe stuff like cs:go and gamecube emulators and stuff for when I feel like doing anything at all (oh I do still play magic online, but I don't think that requires a gpu at all..)

 

I would be really nice if the gpu would eb available under 80 euro's even tho its 2nd hand.

 

So my question what kind of gpu would I need, like what models can I chose from without spending too much money.

 

Maybe worth to mention I do use 2 monitors because I use my computer for programming.

I just bought an rx 360 for 40 on Craigslist.  Plays arkham knight smoothly.
