Hello, I am looking into PC upgrading in the following months, however I am not sure what should I upgrade.

Right now, my PC specs are as following;

R9 290 Vapor-X

990XA-UD3

FX 8350 @ 4.4Ghz

1TB WD Caviar Black and 250GB OCZ Trion 100

2x4GB 1600MHz Crucial

And a lovely 750W Corsair PSU

Cooler on CPU is Noctua NH-U14S

My budget will range from $450 to $600 (Bear in mind I live in EU). I am currently unable to conclude, what should I upgrade first? I know Ryzen is knocking, therefore I think it will be perfect time to upgrade.

However, should I focus on upgrading CPU, or should I rather wait for new nVidia and AMD lineup and upgrade GPU? As of right now, I think my bottleneck is CPU rather than GPU. Also, since I already

have Noctua cooler which will be compatible with AM4 platform, and I could get some extra cash for CPU upgrade by selling current parts (Thats why I say up to $600), would it be smart to aim for Ryzen CPU (Or Intel) upgrade once

all the benchmarks are out and performance is revealed?

I've tried overclocking my GPU, however it seems I get artifacts even at lower overclocking speeds, also temperatures reach 70C which I am not fan of, but I think different case fan order might reduce that.
