issues DRAM and CPU debug lights flashing

Right so I recently board an MSI z270 SLI plus and an I7-7700k. I put everything together and booted the system which went okay however the CPU temps seemed incredibly high so I removed the cooler and replaced the thermal paste. On putting the PC back together the system will no longer even reach post. The fans and everything do start up though. Another change I made recently was updating the BIOS. I really don't know how to fix my issue everything seems to be connected just fine. Any suggestions?

 

On the motherboards EZ-debug the LED's are switching between DRAM and CPU

I am currently having this same issue now. Hopefully since your original post you have found the solution? I habe the same exact issue same setup.
