Stuck at logo while installing Windows 10

Hey I was trying to install windows 10 on my PC and for the past 1hr it's stuck in the blue windows 10 logo. My PC specs are: Core 2 quad q8400, 4gb RAM, dg31pr Intel motherboard and a GT 630 1gb gddr5. Please help thank you.

The only thing plugged in is the USB flash drive from which I am installing the OS
