Right now I'm finding the right parts for building a PC. But right now I'm stuck with which cooler to buy. Currently, I've opted for a Fractal Design Node 202 HTPC case, an intel i7 6700k, a Zotac GTX 1070 mini and an ASUS Z170I Pro Gaming mIni ITX motherboard.

So out of the following list of coolers, which one is best for low to mild overclocking?

And also is my motherboard also good for low to mild overclocking?

why 6700k when you can get a small speed boost for $20 more or so.. anyway.

node202 has little clearance so get either of these:

What else can you suggest for my processor?

Z270 board and a 7700k > 6700k and z170.

But if it's overpriced ($40 more for example) in your region don't bother.

Also make sure you have 2600Mhz memory minimum, as Skylake takes advantage of higher clocked memory.

Okay, buy a 6700k is also good right? Even though I'll get a small or medium boost?

In games the difference is so small it's hardly worth thinking about, yeah z270 has optain but nothing supports it yet (from my understanding but I may be wrong) go for the cheaper 6700k and then update the bios so if you think of upgrading to a 7700k later you can on a z170 board, thats what im doing

Okay thanks guys. And also does the surrounding temperature also affect CPU temperatures? Like if I were in a city where climate is cold, my cpu performace would be better than in a city where the climate is hot?

Not really, because in your room the temperature will be approximately the same wherever you live. In cold climate you have to turn on the heater (you can't let yourself freeze to death right), and in hot climate people turn on air conditioner, so it's safe to say that room temperatures vary from ~22-30C regardless where you live.

That does not affect CPU temp at all.

Even if you don't turn on heater or A/C, in general, outside temp does not affect CPU temp.
