low rmp rad

i am looking for a good rad that comes in different sizes that i can put my cougar vortex hydro dynamic 120mm fans.  i want to run them at under 1000rmp under heavy load.  Sorry if this has been answered

look for a low FPI rad, and you mean RPM not RMP.
