So yesterday I started building my PC and everything was going great. I went to bed once I installed the motherboard along with the CPU, RAM, and CPU cooler. At this point I've installed everything besides the GPU but am struggling with the motherboard header cables. The case comes with 2 power cables, a power switch cable (goes into 2 pins), a reset switch cable (also goes into 2 pins), and a HDD LED cable. On the motherboard manual it shows there there is only 1 pin reserved for the power switch cable and one for the reset switch cable. This is my first time building a PC so I'm a noob. Could anyone help me? It would mean a lot.

Thank you so much for responding! My motherboard is the ASRock H97 Pro4 and the case is a Zalman Z9 NEO. Please tell me if you need any more info.

I couldnt find pictures of your case showing the cables. The only thing you need to know is which pin is the positive side. Check the connector in the cables for + or an arrow and plug them in. Make sure to read your manual.
The power switch and reset switch will work even if you reverse the pins so dont worry about  getting those wrong.

Okay so nothing will break if I put the cables into the wrong ports?

for the power button and the reset switch no. For the LEDs you will damage them if you mess up.
