Hi guys,

I have really low gpu usage in League of Legends(10% gpu usage), CS:GO (30%). CPU usage while in LoL is around 50-70%, on CS:GO 90%+. Temps are around 50C on load. Drivers updated, running on performance mode. Dont know how to fix it. FPS on LoL are around 120(uncapped), in CS:GO its 300fps (once some "action" happen it drops to 120).

DSR that LoL game to 4k, should fix low GPU utilisation problem :)
Also since you are pusing 120FPS+ CPU or RAM may be the problem (since GPu is only @10% load).

CPU : Core i7 6950X @ 4.26 GHz + Hydronaut + TRVX + 2x Delta 38mm PWM
MB : Gigabyte X99 SOC (BIOS F23c)
RAM : 4x Patriot Viper Steel 4000MHz CL16 @ 3042MHz CL12.12.12.24 CR2T @1.48V.
GPU : Titan Xp Collector's Edition (Empire)
M.2/HDD : Samsung SM961 256GB (NVMe/OS) + + 3x HGST Ultrastar 7K6000 6TB
DAC : Motu M4 + Audio Technica ATH-A900Z
PSU: Seasonic X-760 || CASE : Fractal Meshify 2 XL || OS : Win 10 Pro x64

I try something around DSR. But this build should perform like this

the question im wondering is why you have the fps uncapped? you will have a better gaming experience at a consistent fps that is in agreement with your refresh-rate

Da heck its same capped or uncapped, ofc Im playing on capped. But I wanna say that it wont go more then 120 and still have low gpu usage. Ofc I could play on 60fps, but my gameplay experience is just crap. I dont know if its cause by this low gpu usage.

that doesnt sound like an fps issue. if you have a 60hz monitor then you shouldn't be able to tell the difference.

How I could then troubleshooting whats wrong with my build? Its completely stable, I run several stability benchs. All passed, temps are fine.

honestly im not sure. you should look at what is using so much cpu usage it sounds like there could be other programs causing the high cpu usage.

i just look at the cpu usage and that doesn't seem normal. usually the first cpu core is the one that is heavily loaded not the 4th. you could always update your gpu drivers and see if that helps.

are you sure you have it uncapped? also its pretty standard for you to be limited to certain fps caps because the higher the fps the more cpu power you need to have. my previous graphics card was a 960 and it being limited to 120 fps sounds pretty normal tbh. it is usually pretty high at the start of the game but once minions were spawned it started tog go down more.

U are like completely brain disabled person.

1) Yes my fps are uncapped and still running on 120fps~.

2) No problem for me to have capped fps, I know its just stressing CPU etc.

3) But... Having it uncapped and still reaching only 120fps while 10% gpu load seems rly weird. Signature thats something is really wrong.

Your GPU/CPU won't always run at 100% usage. Usually if you are pushing well over 100 frames, your CPU and GPU won't work as hard and will go into a state where power trumps performance. It is definitely not a bottleneck, because I have seen that combo time and time again. Keep in mind that this is normal. It is only a problem if you are pushing well under 60 frames and your usage is less than 75% or so consistently. Make sure to always keep your drivers updated, though.
