update destroys my frames

just as title says, i did an windows + graphic driver update, and a game that was runing 80+ fps is now barly running 20 fps.

 

iv uninstaled the graphic update and reinstaled the one i had b4, and removed the windows update that were done, but fps is still at 20.

hawe i been domed to the need to reset my operating system whit this or do annyone here know a what to fix it

did that b4 reinstaling my old drivers

sounds like Xbox Live DVR bullshit 

it enables itself after certain updates

look into turning that off from the xbox app

then uninstall the xbox app

 

and then Start > MSCONFIG > startup > (sort by name) and disable the xbox entries from running altogether

checked, that bulshit anint runing on startup so aint afecting annything
