Any of them. The difference between the best and worst is only a few degrees (excluding the liquid metal stuff)

I use to swear by this stuff. But the cure time isn't worth it by todays standards. MX4 works just as good without the '200 hours' of cure time that artic silver 5 recommends.

Cure time?  Never noticed anything like that, I always just put it on the CPU, put the cooler on top and start using the PC (or hand it over to the owner).  Zero issues so far.
