A SP120 RGB fan died in my Corsair 460x and I am wondering if they would replace it. Their support system is extremely confusing/buggy so any help would be appreciated.

I want them to replace it so I don't have to drop $20+ on one fan..

Usually, people claim Corsairs support system is quite effective and RMA's happen quickly Give it a shot, they have a 2 year warranty period and as long as you didnt smack it for pleasure, they should replace it :/.

Will I have to send in the case or just the dead fan?

Just the faulty component. You can always explain in which case it was and the conditions it was subjected to while there to speed up the process, if they inquire you to do so.

It doesn't let me login to the support center... I can login on the main website, I have tried resetting my password and creating a new account...

When you RMA the fan give them as much information as possible.

The more the better.

However, there's a chance they will want the whole case. That is normally how RMA's work but there's a chance they will make an exception.

.Corsair have been good to me.

One of my PSU's died. I sent them a video with a life long story of how it was used, how long, it's lightest and hardest tasks, the case it was in and quite a bit more.

They sent me a new PSU in 4 days and I kept the old one.

Because of that, them being very helpful and extremely quick. Also me not having to send back the PSU which saves me money I will always go with corsair.

It's not a race to the bottom.
