CPU fan case clearance

Will the PHANTEKS PH-TC12DX cpu cooler fit in the Phantom 530 from NZXT? My specs are :

It should seeing as though the max CPU cooler height for the Phantom 530 is 183mm and the height of the Phanteks cooler is 157mm.  The only other thing to worry about is ram clearance but seeing as you're using "Value" ram I doubt the modules are very tall so it should be fine.

Value means they don't have heatspreaders. No issues there either.
