Please help,PSU

PLEASE HELP Hey,I am having HCL 250 WATT Power supply.My computer was ON from some hours.I don't know what happened surprisingly an sound of blast came from my power supply and then my computer turned off. Then i opened my power supply and burning smell was coming from it and there were some burned components inside the power supply.

Welcome to the club!

Buy another one, pray your components weren't fried :)

If it's newer you might be able to RMA it depending on the policy

That's right but why it exploded can you please tell me the reason.

1. Stop trying to turn it on again.

2. The reason it exploded was probably because it was of poor quality and was getting old or the load was to much.

There could be a lot of reasons. Cheap parts are usually the problem. Looks like a cheap PSU so it was probably just waiting to blow up.
