my guestion is what shall i upgrade first i was thinking about maybe a budget 144Hz moniter from ijama or 8GB more of RAM?

I think your hardware is pretty good. It depends on what else you will be doing with your pc. If you are mostly just gaming I would recommend a monitor or maybe a new keyboard and mouse if you don't have one good enough right now. Another set of 8gb memory could be a good idea for some games too.

Do you notice you're running out of memory?
If not, then there's no real point in "upgrading" it.
