Recently, my dad picked up some UPS for some reason, don't know why, so now I have one.

I wanted to know if this UPS is of decent quality, one that wouldn't blow up my PC since I'll be using it with my PC.

It is 'Battery-UPS 650' by APC (by Schneider Electric)

Ryzen 5 3600 stock | 2x16GB C13 3200MHz (AFR) | GTX 760 (Sold the VII)| ASUS Prime X570-P | 6TB WD Gold (128MB Cache, 2017)

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB

138 is a good number.

Yeah that's a decent entry level UPS from APC, just note that it is only a 360W unit so take note on what type of loads you apply to it or it will trip the over current protection if it tries to switch to battery.

-Moved to Case and Power Supplies-

You will be pushing that to the max if your running full load on your system spec in your sig with monitors and peripherals that would go over, I normally would recommend to step up to something like a 500W. It won't hurt the UPS but with the system under full load your UPS wouldn't be able to sustain that kind of load and cut battery backup to the system which would defeat the purpose.

wouldn't be running full load, probably just idling around

i hope that it'll have enough power to run my system for at least a few minutes, 1-4 so i can properly shut down the system, thats the purpose of it for me.

Yes for general use not a problem it will give you enough time to save and safety shut down but if you were gaming or such and it went out it may trip the over current depending on the load.
