So the current situation:

My desktop-pc has no wifi card, so i had to get my macbook and use it as my 'wificard', works brilliantly.

Problem:

Since i have it like this, i cant manage to forward ports for my desktop pc. I have a strict nat, so it wont let me join friends in games.

So whats the sollution here? I wont buy a card just for this problem because everythin gelse works perfect..

I don't completely understand the problem. But you can get a desktop wifi card for fairly cheep if you would like. Are you currently using the mac as your wifi receiver and them wiring it into your desktop? https://www.amazon.com/TP-Link-Wireless-Express-Adapter-TL-WDN4800/dp/B007GMPZ0A/ref=sr_1_3?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1485960679&sr=1-3&keywords=wifi+card

So I have my normal built desktop pc which i game on sometimes. At the time its generally rainbow six siege. Because I dont have a lan outlet i had to use my macbook as the wifi receiver, which 'shares' its connection over a ethernet cable with my desktop pc. The thing is i have strict nat, which is the reason why i cant join friends. Now, i tried to forward the listed ports for rainbow six siege, but my desktop doesnt show up in the list where i can choose which devices i want to forward the port for.

If I understood what you said;

PC >> ETHERNET >> MAC >> WIFI >> ROUTER >> ISP

If that is the case, you are using the MAC as a routing device as well as the router, this is a double-NAT scenario which are best avoided.

You will have a strict NAT due to using 2 NAT'd devices.  Let me know if I am right or if I have assumed too much

Yes you assumed correctly. Well that sucks... There's now way to  forward the port to my desktop?

Your outbound NAT will be double-NAT regardless of your inbound so you will have problems regardless.  No way around that I'm afraid unless you fancy learning how to NAT and perform static routing.

Maybe you should look in to alternatives for the network configuration like HomePlug devices or using a WiFi Dongle/PCI-E card.  What you are doing is alright as a temporary workaround but it's not very sensible.
