Hi guys, I'm at a crossroads as to what I can do for my future desktop. I recently gave my friend my old core 2 duo q9550 processor, mobo, and ram, so I can upgrade. Some of the parts I already have. I already have a Gigabyte gtx 1070 g1 gpu, a raidmax gx viper green case, both a western digital black, and western digital blue, both 1tb, a 850w antec power supply, and a corsair h110i liquid cooler. I also have a Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK motherboard thats currently being RMA'd for motherboard pins. I was going to keep this, and go with a 4730k processor, but I've seen a really nice x99 asus sabertooth motherboard, along with a 64Gb quad channel ram kit going together for $200. I know this is a great deal, and newer than the z97. So my question is what do you think I should go with? And if its the x99, what processor should I get? I've got most of my part's off of buy sell trade, and have so far payed about $600 for everything.

Edit: I'm located in Indiana in the U.S. I don't have a huge budget left, but its about $600 that I have left to spend. I plan to game, and stream, but I'm a programmer at my high school, and I'd like to work on vr when I graduate. I'm currently a senior. I also forgot that I already have a monitor and Peripherals and such.

I don't need the ram, I was just thinking that the newer motherboard and and more cores of something like a 6800k would be better If I decided to stream, and for programming games while simultaneously testing them. And which one would bottleneck the 1070 more?
