Moving programs onto usb

So I have a bunch of these VSts I have on my PC which are bassically small prgrams.I was wondering since like their sample folders and such were all in diffrent parts of my Pc is there a way to easily move all of them onto my USb

Side quetion If I do not have a Ilok can I just insyall ilok on a diffrent PC an use it like that

Yes, you can, but keep in mind on some systems the USB Bus stutters and also USB drives have limited writes similar to an SSD but much lower threshold so don't put anything too intensive or important on there.
