does "88WHrs, 4S2P, 8 cell Li-ion Battery Pack" mean that each cell is 88whrs or in total its 88whrs

Total. Maximum legal limit is 99whr. Also how big the battery is doesn't determine battery life. Alot of it has to do whether it has GSync, iGPU or dGPU only, bios etc etc.
