so basically i need the name of this:

a latching push-button

but with this circuit:

That specifically is a vandal proof switch, commonly known as vandal switch. They're badass :D

If I understand what you're looking for, you want to connect two isolated  circuits using the same switch? You may want a 6 pole, 2 position toggle switch instead as I don't know of any push buttons that allow you to control two circuits at the same time using the same switch unless they could be connected.
