At my mothers house (she lives in the country) she always has horrible internet but actually worse than what she pays for how do I make her internet go to the max?

It's probably something you would have to contact the ISP about. I doubt you can do anything from your end

You need to get in touch with her ISP and get them to have a look. I had a problem for a while and they had to change out my old modem.
