Weird problem with internet on my PC

I came across a very weird problem with my network and on my PC.

1. When I connect to my PC using WiFi from router the speeds are very low (2-3Mbps on YouTube)

2. When I connect to my PC using Wire from router the speeds are very low(2-3Mbps on YouTube)

3. When I connect to my PC from my MODEM the speeds are high (30Mbps on YouTube)

4. When I connect to my Android Phone from ROUTER speeds are high (25Mbps on YouTube)

5. When I connect to my Android Phone from MODEM, speeds are high (20Mbps on YouTube)

 

I really can't understand whats going on. Can someone please help?

Did you try the speed test multiple times from the android phone to the router?

Speed test fails to open in low speed cases on Pc ,  nothing running in background.

All the time speed test showed consistent  25Mbps on Android phone.
