Hello everone!

Currently I have a PC with the current specs at 4790k @ stock OC (with a NH-D15), GTX 970 SSC in a NZXT H440 (old generation) with stock fans. I'm thinking about buying this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rnXZMp

What do you guys think?

Is your current build noisy?

If you're looking for a preference I actually prefer noctua industrial ip67 fans. They don't spin quite as quick, but they're freeking indestructible.

If your going for silence i would suggest Be quiet! Silentwings 3. Also a fan controller so you can control them all

Yeah, lets go with that. Noctuas fans are pretty awesome, but if you're running them flat out then they push a hell of a lot of air. At that point is doesn't matter how quiet the fans themself are because you've got a wind tunnel sitting on your desk.

Tbh, the only thing that sound loud in my system atm is my 970 at load. But I'm thinking that this will atleast try to reduce the temps so my 970 will not go overboard with the fans RPM.

I was also thinking about buying a 5th fan to have on the side panel as intake to the GPU, will it make any differences?

If the only thing that's too loud is your 970, getting an aftermarket cooler for your card would be better and more cost effective than getting a new case and fans.

An Accelero Twin Turbo III would be better: http://www.webhallen.com/se-sv/datorkomponenter/196356-arctic_accelero_twin_turbo_iii_vga_kylare&atcl=search:result

If you want to stick to noctuas, you can get an Accelero S3: http://www.webhallen.com/se-sv/datorkomponenter/243991-arctic_accelero_s3&atcl=search:result

and ziptie to clip a NF-S12A to it: http://www.webhallen.com/se-sv/datorkomponenter/171558-noctua_nf-s12a_pwm_120mm&atcl=search:result
